  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and to select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package:
